Wyatt Lily NYC Collection

The popular Upper West Side boutique launches signature collection for summer.

After the successful launch of Wyatt Lily NYC, New York’s children’s boutique that caters to the city’s most discerning mini-fashionistas, owner Rachel Uchitel is débuting the Wyatt Lily NYC collection, inspired by her three-year-old daughter. The boutique’s signature collection is playful with a dash of New York chic –just like its namesake.

“I’ve created the collection to be both whimsical and practical with a bit of an edge,” Rachel says. “Our clothing is meant to be fashionable- but it’s just as important that young children can play all day in all of our pieces, too.”

Sparkly star-accented tutu dresses, flowy tiered halter dresses ideal for warm summer days, breezy swing tops, tees with cheeky sayings, and stylish harem pants round out the playground-friendly collection. Soft t-shirts and tanks declaring, “Queen of New York” and “Star” in a rainbow of glitter color choices complement the gold star-accented skirts, available in summery lavender, teal and pink hues.

Sizes range from 6 months to 6T; select custom styles are now available up to size 12. Other custom tees and dresses are also available through a free personal shopping service, which Rachel encourages all customers to experience: decerning help choosing and creating the best gift or outfit the store has to offer.

072215_CRTPost_WyattLily_StorefrontSince opening in December 2013, Wyatt Lily NYC has quickly become a shopping destination for parents nationwide looking for the best children’s brands curated by Rachel –with help from three-year-old, Wyatt Lily herself. She says, “As a mother, I want Wyatt to be as creative and carefree as she can be.”

Rachel’s keen eye for micro-fashion has led to numerous accolades for the boutique, including 2015’s Best of Manhattan Award for Children’s Clothing Store and Best Kids’ Birthday Presents in New York Magazine’s Best of New York issue this year. Located at 290 Columbus Avenue near 74th Street in Manhattan, Wyatt Lily NYC also ships to customers worldwide from

072313_Yankers_03Easy Access, Easy Changing: Yankers Débuts Smart New Way To Dress Children

After enduring countless diaper changes involving multiple snaps, noisy Velcro, irritating zippers and binding elastic waistbands, children’s clothing designer Rosalee Rester creates a comfortable, simple alternative for babies and children.

Yankers® is a brand new clothing concept for easy diaper changing débuting a new collection this Fall. These stylish all-in-one outfits have no snaps, zippers, button, Velcro™, elastic or other fasteners to contend with.

As a mom I know exactly what it’s like to struggle with kicking legs, tons of snaps and out-of-control rollers. My innovative design allows you to pull the stretchy legs down and off to change baby fast and easy.

072313_Yankers_02Yankers in Action. For a diaper change, simply yank down on the back panel, guiding the baby’s knees out. The top stays put the entire time to keep baby warm during the change. When you’re done, guide baby’s feet back into pant legs and yank up on the panel, for that Mom-approved finish!

“I loved the concept of an all-in-one outfit that I could grab out of a drawer in the dark, not having to worry about matching tops to bottoms,” Rosalee says, “and have my baby dressed in a stylish outfit without ever having snapped even one snap.”

Made in the USA. Yankers is a women-owned and operated apparel company that makes modern, sustainable clothing for children, manufactured in the United States of America using natural and breathable fabrics -blends of cotton, bamboo, model and spandex. (I love this: the company says that occasionally, they employ men as slaves!). Yankers are available in sizes 0 to 3T at

072313_Yankers_01Born in 2008. Rosalee spent five years researching and developing her revolutionary idea, testing eight different patterns before perfecting the Yankers® design. The Fall ’13 début collection features a green, red and black color palette with optional ruffle and pocket details. In addition to the solid colors, Yankers with Buddha, Heart Bolt, Star Bolt and an adorable “Baby Nerd” tie and pocket protector design are also available.

Nohi Kids for a Vibrant Fall/Winter Season

Popular eco-friendly brand delights once more with bright colors and playful, bold graphics.

Drawing inspiration from children’s artwork and experimenting with graphic design, founder Janel Jones has created a vibrant Fall/Winter 2012 collection for babies and children using a mix of certified organic cotton, bamboo fiber and a touch of spandex.

The newest Nohi Kids collection features fresh prints and color combinations, including whales, disco dots, pears and geckos- all with a touch of whimsy.

We create comfortable, high quality, and eco-friendly clothes that appeal to both kids and their parents. We are the favorite dress or tee shirt that your child won’t take off. And, we want to be sure that our clothes are durable enough so that you can pass them down to the next lucky kid.

The expanded Nohi Baby collection débuts rompers and newbie gowns in addition to classic bodysuits, yoga pants and reversible blankets. Bestsellers, including their signature Hoots owl print, are back as well as new favorites- multi-colored whales, Mack trucks and flocks of birds- perfect for tiny newcomers.

For bigger kids, Nohi débuts a playful wrap-around gecko graphic long-sleeved tee, skateboard and motorcycle tees for little daredevils, and a drum tee. Pear print and disco dot print sash dresses are also new for fall, available in sizes 12-18 months to 7/8. Solid and print leggings are designed to complement these dresses as well as mix and match with the entire collection.

Janel explains that in the Maori language, nohi nohi means, “to be small.” In Japan, the popular national holiday Kodomo Nohi is a day to celebrate children. And in Hawaiian, nohi means “brightly colored and vivid.” She says, “So, I suppose a Nohi Kid is a bright, vivacious little thing just oozing with personality!” Indeed.

The environmentally friendly line uses low-impact, water based inks for printing and is CPSIA compliant. “We have a very personal relationship with our manufacturer,” Janel says. “We chose to work with them because of their integrity and meticulous attention to detail. And, most importantly, they maintain a social accountability standard that ensures workplace safety, fair working hours and decent wages, no discrimination and no child labor.”

The company is committed to doing its part to improve the lives of children. A portion of sales from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection will be donated to the Caine’s Arcade Imagination Foundation, dedicated to finding and fostering creativity and entrepreneurship in kids. The Nohi Kids fall collection is available in stores now and at
