My Youth furniture line offers a fresh approach to kids’ bedroom design.

Made from melamine finished core panels, My Youth furniture satisfies both form and function aesthetics, is easy to clean and resists damage from everyday wear and tear. Each furniture grouping includes a bed (twin or full), dresser/mirror and nightstand; some also have an Armoire and a desk.

Lil’ Sidekick

Designed by a mom on a mission to create a safe, easy-to-clean and extremely versatile solution that finally eliminates the drop game.

Amy is the inventor of Lil’ Sidekick, a multi-functional tether for sippy cups, spoons, toys and just about anything. “Four years ago I became a mom, and six months into it, I realized I had a huge problem,” Amy says on her website. “My adorable son Jaxen was a habitual chucker! He threw everything within seconds of giving it to him, and always in the dirtiest places.”

Amy tries everything on the market to help keep Jaxen’s stuff from getting thrown about and filthy – until she goes one a “mommy mission” to design something that was safe, versatile and easy-to-clean.

Made in the USA

Lil’ Sidekick is not your ordinary tether. It is packed with innovative and useful features such as a built in teether, patented break away points for added safety and is not easily undone by a child. “I designed it to be extremely versatile so it can adjust to secure any item, from a small crayon to a large stuffed animal,” Amy says. Lil’ Sidekick also secures to anything -a stroller, car seat, baby carrier, high chair, grocery cart- unlike limited-use competitors.

The Lil’ Sidekick tether is made of a safe, durable and FDA-approved material in the USA. It’s dishwasher safe and very easy to clean.  Additional benefits are that Lil’ Sidekick is designed for safety and effectiveness. The sophisticated universal design not only makes Lil’ Sidekick a high-quality, effective solution that eliminates the “Drop Game,” it can be used by all ages for a bike, in a purse, on luggage or by those with special needs and in hospitals.

Little Climber

“Read your book once per day and use a climber while you play. Give it time and you will see, your little baby in a tree.”

-Little Climber

After David Stuebe has Lily, his first child, he learns quickly that it isn’t easy to find products that will grow with her. “I come from a background in manufacturing and decided to create a product line that allows our children to play, read and grow throughout their experience with the Little Climber,” he tells me.

Kickstarter Campaign Run Thru May 14

David is now creating one of the only product lines on the market designed to promote 100% natural growth progression of a child’s mind, body and strength. Little Climber is a Smart Home Playground designed to enhance your children’s motor skill development, balance control, creativity and so much more. Little Climber is made for children ages six months to 3+ years.

Why is a Modular Playground so Important?

Every child’s mind, body and strength develops at their own speed. While most products are built based on the progress of the “average child,” Little Climber “actually grows” with your little one, supporting your child’s abilities at the exact moment needed in their stage of development.

The Little Climber Experience

David is a father, designer and creator of what he calls the “Little Climber Experience.” He’s also a student of the Montessori approach, the Dr. Emmi Pikler method and his favorite, Magda Gerber. One year ago, his children inspire him to start his children’s furniture company that produces intuitive environments for little ones that will benefit them today, tomorrow and forever.

  • Step 1 – Play Transform your room, yard or nursery into a fully interactive climbing experience with endless course options. Play on a light, simple course or setup an advanced and rigorous climb.
  • Step 2 – Read Watching your little one climb is such a fun and magical time. David captures that joyful moment in a book to help you and your little one get excited and celebrate the climbing experience.
  • Step 3 – Grow Little Climber is a modular product. As your little one’s abilities grow, slowly advance them to the next level of difficulty by raising or moving the accessories (RockWall, Ladder, Slide).

Built with Care in the USA

“It’s about time that a company builds a product not solely for immense capital gains but to help and benefit others,” a thought that goes through David’s mind while he starts committing his life to helping children with smart toys and playgrounds. David names his furniture factory after his daughters, Lily and River, where every detail of Little Climber and its accessories are refined and perfected for long-term durability, functionality and aesthetics – right here in America. Comotomo

Solving an entire laundry list of unresolved “bottle issues” for parents.

Comotomo makes baby bottles that feature innovative and sensible design to most closely mimic natural breastfeeding. Their naturally shaped, soft, silicone nipples are ideal for babies who have trouble transitioning from nursing to bottle-feeding.

Comotomo “designer junkies” have set out to rid the world of too many plain and uninspired products by

  • listening to frustrated moms desperately searching for a bottle their little ones will take
  • not ignoring the issue of “nipple confusion” mostly ignored in product designs
  • banishing bottles that look and feel so foreign to natural nursing
  • solving the conundrum of trying to clean out narrow-necked baby bottles

Award Winning Design

The result is a baby bottle that won an IF Product Design Award in 2010, which both parents and children love. Little ones can hold onto the skin-like, soft and squeezable body that is like no other bottle in the world. Parents appreciate the wide-neck design for brushless, stress-free, cleaning bliss.

“What we realized was that there is a giant void in the market,” the Comotomo design junkies say. “This inspired us to make something really fantastic. Something that truly makes moms lives a bit easier, and babies a wee bit happier.”

These green, BPA-free bottles are equipped with truly innovative vents that are smartly designed to prevent colic, while eliminating annoying leaks.

Teether, Too

The Comotomo design junkies go back to basics with the baby teether, made from silicone that is not only safe and completely non-toxic, it has the perfect blend of soft and flexible texture -the most “bite-friendly” material out there, they say.

Easy and intuitive to grab and hold, the four prongs are sized to mimic baby hands. The teether is just long enough to reach the back molars, and sensibly sized to prevent choking.

At Comotomo, a beautiful product doesn’t just look good, it elegantly enhances your experience.
